Setup:
Put four cones up in a large square that’s about 40 yards by 40 yards, about half of the soccer field. Have players line-up even with the cones on two adjoining sides of the square.

Execution:
- On the whistle the players will dribble their ball to the opposite side of the square.
- Since there are two lines the players and they are going to different ends they will have
to watch-out for each other as they cross the square. - Once they reach the other side, blow the whistle again and have them return.
- Repeat several times.
Coaching Tips:
- It’s important to encourage players to move at a good pace but also remember to teach players to keep control of their dribble by keeping their head up.
